Support Expectations

Support for this release is practical and direct: order issues, arrival problems, dead-on-arrival help, and basic clarification about what you bought.

It does not include custom design work, prop integration consulting, or extended troubleshooting on your whole build. If you need that level of involvement, that is a separate conversation.

The point is to keep the support honest and the boundaries clear.
