If something arrives dead, damaged, or clearly not as described, I will make it right.

What this is not: a buy-it-for-the-weekend-and-send-it-back retail setup. These are limited-run hardware pieces, and the return policy is meant to be fair, not theatrical.

If a future product is digital, it will say so plainly and have its own terms.
